Community Homes supports a wide range of individual needs, from young adults tor seniors that allows each resident to live as independently as possible throughout their lifetimes.
Residents have the option to live in one of three different programs, each with its own structure, depending on their goals.
Residents can move from one home to another as their needs evolve.
Supported Living Services
Supports our most independent residents in their own homes.
Team members offer residents a range of supports so that clients can thrive independently.
Team members are on-site as needed.
Licensed Homes
State licensed to provide a higher level of support for our residents.
Each home has 12-15 residents and team members on-site 24 hours a day.
Team members support residents with cooking, social and recreational activities, medication, medical appointments, and living skills.
Senior Homes
State licensed to provide 24-hour care to support residents with intense needs or hospice care.
